The Naked Fish is located in South Lake Tahoe, California right on Hwy 50 near the state line just two blocks from the casinos. It was first opened in 1999. It is the original Naked Fish Sushi Restaurant. It has many imitators but is not affiliated with any other Naked Fish.
With only seven tables at Café Fiore you know it doesn't get more intimate. Candles glimmer at each of the window side tables arranged in the cozy wood paneled dining room. In the summer, tables are set up outside. Wherever you sit, be adventurous; among other unusual selections the Italian menu features items such as eggplant crepes served with sun-dried tomatoes and a sherry wine sauce. Amazing desserts include homemade white chocolate ice cream.
